Our monthly capacity is 1.56 million pcs during peak season based on basic items like

• Woven Bottom: 40 K Dozens.

• Circular Knit: 80 K Dozens.

• Sweater/Pullover: 10 K Dozens

Support/Utilities:

We have very strong set up with washing plant (Laundry) & Embroidery.

We have our own screen printing unit.

We have sampling unit in both Factories as well as in our Buying division under supervision of qualified pattern technicians.

We have strong responsible fleet of qualified Quality Controller/technicians in factories as well as in Buying division who are fully present in our production units from the hours factory rules-up it shutters till the time it closes. We get full report of production status/problem encountered time to time every day. This enables us to rectify any problem(s) in production, should there be any at the right time. Merchandising :

We have very strong highly educated team of merchandisers in factories as well as in Buying division who keep regular communications & co-ordinations with the Buyers to enable them to be informed of the production status/developments of their order whilst in production line.

Lead time :

• Based on Imported fabrics/Yarn 100-120 days upon receipt L/c.

• Based on Local fabrics/Yarn 80-90 days upon receipt L/c.
